By car
There is free parking around the street. The center's entrance is by the trolley 2 turning loop — an easy-to-spot landmark.
By trolley 2
The most convenient option — trolley 2 stops right in front of the center. The line runs between the Hadzhi Dimitar and Buxton districts, crossing the whole axis of the city.
By bus 111 or 63
Bus 111 runs between Mladost-1 and Lyulin and passes through Manastirski Livadi. Bus 63 connects Manastirski Livadi with Tsar Boris III Blvd.

?How do I book an appointment?

?How long do I wait for a first consultation?
Usually around 1–2 weeks. In urgent cases we try to find a slot as soon as possible, but the individual consultation is personal and prepared in advance, so it cannot be held "on the spot."
?What should I bring?
Before the consultation you will receive an anamnestic questionnaire and a sensory profile by email — fill them in beforehand and bring them (or send them back to us). If you have documents from other specialists (speech therapist, psychologist, neurologist), bring those too. Otherwise — just you and your child.
?Can I come without my child to the first meeting?
Yes, you can — but it will not be very effective unless you want to discuss something in advance. That is why we offer a convenient option: a preliminary online conversation without the child, where you can share your specific concerns and get guidance. After that, if you decide, we hold the individual consultation itself with the child present.
?Can the consultation be online?
Yes. For families outside Sofia or in other circumstances we offer online consultations via Zoom or Google Meet. The structure and duration are the same.
?What if I need to cancel an appointment?
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can free the slot for another family. In case of illness or an emergency — call us directly and we will reschedule without a problem.
