A fit for…

Who the team assessment is for

The team assessment is a good fit when you have more questions than answers — and previous consultations leave you feeling that something still has not been made clear enough.

  • You have more than one concern about the child’s development — speech, behavior, communication, and motor skills at the same time.
  • You have received different opinions from different specialists and are not sure which one to follow.
  • The case is more complex — a combination of difficulties that do not fit into one clear area.
  • You want a decision based on a coordinated judgment rather than on a single separate opinion.
  • You are preparing for a decision of long-term significance (school, a special approach, therapy) and want more points of view.
Who the specialists are

Three specialists work with your child

Each of them holds a separate meeting with the child in order to observe them through their own specific professional lens. The meetings take place within 2–3 weeks.

Coordination among the specialists

After the three meetings the specialists come together — they discuss their observations, compare their conclusions, and arrive at a shared judgment. You do not receive three separate opinions, but one coordinated document.

What you receive at the end

One unified document.

A single shared document, prepared by three specialists, that brings together a view of the child from different angles — occupational, behavioral, and speech-therapy — and gives clear recommendations on where to go next.

Have a question?

Frequently asked questions

?When is it better to choose a team assessment instead of an individual consultation?

When you have more than one concern at the same time (e.g. speech + behavior + motor skills), when the situation is more complex, or when you want a decision based on a coordinated judgment from several specialists rather than on a single opinion.

?Over what period do the three meetings take place?

All three meetings are held over a period of 2 to 3 weeks — close enough for the observation to stay fresh for all the specialists, and far enough apart for each meeting to be processed.

?When do I receive the unified document?

Within 10 working days after the last meeting. The specialists need time for an internal consultation and to align their conclusions.

?What is the difference between a team assessment and a development plan?

The team assessment is an assessment — you tell us what you observe and we return understanding to you. The development plan includes the same, plus a home visit or a visit to the kindergarten/school, plus a concrete strategy for the next 3 months with exercises and videos.

?Can I move up to the next level after the team assessment?

Yes. The difference between Level 2 and Level 3 is an additional 230 €, which you can pay if you decide to continue with a development plan. In that case the work already done is not repeated — we build on it.

?Can the meetings be held online?

Yes. For families outside Sofia we offer an online option with the participation of the whole team. The structure and duration remain the same.

The first step is always the same — an individual consultation with me. It's where you'll receive a clear assessment, a concrete plan, and direction on what comes next.
